Becoming — discovering who you are in this season of life.
Calm — creating peace in a world that constantly asks for more.
Curiosity — remaining open to learning, growth, and new experiences.
Cultivating — building a home, routines, and daily practices that nourish you.
Living - favorite finds, simple tools, and everyday practices that support a more intentional second bloom.
I don’t have all the answers.
I’m simply walking this path myself and sharing what I’m learning along the way.
I’m glad you’re here.
For much of my life, I focused on achievement, responsibility, and caring for the people around me. I built a career. I raised a family.
I spent years solving problems, managing crises, and helping others navigate difficult seasons. From the outside, my life looks successful.
Somewhere along the way, I became aware that I am disconnected from myself, realizing that I forgot to ask a simple question:
"Who am I becoming now?"
Second Bloom Journal grew out of that question.
This is a place for women who are returning to themselves after years of caring for others. A place to explore calm, curiosity, personal growth, meaningful relationships, and the quiet work of creating a life that feels aligned from the inside out.
Here you’ll find reflections, resources, books, and ideas centered around five pillars:
WHY I CREATED SECOND BLOOM JOURNAL
Every path in Second Bloom Journal begins somewhere different.
Each path leads back to the same place:
a deeper connection with yourself.
